    The site is an online business directory. When businesses are added via CSV upload, they show in the Directory, and show a location in the listing itself, but the main page map that shows all of the business isn’t showing a logo.

    It worked fine until about 3 days ago, then the issue began.

  • Business directory, businesses, locations, maps… WordPress does not provide any of these features by itself. These are coming from the W2DC/Web 2.0 Directory plugin you’re using.

    As this is a commercial plugin, we’re unfortunately unable to install this plugin and help you troubleshoot this. This is why commercial products are not supported here.

    I see you’re running version 2.9.10 of the plugin, whereas the latest version listed on the plugin vendor’s website is 2.9.15. So, maybe a simple update will fix the problem.

    Please get in touch with the folks you purchased the plugin from for help. They built and sold the plugin, and they should be in the best position to assist you: https://www.salephpscripts.com/support/

    Good luck!

    Hey George,

    I have already purchased, installed, and have been using Web 2.0 Directory, so no extra installation is needed.

    I am, however, running the 2.9.10 version of the plug-in. Would a simple update make a big difference, or could it possibly be expired API related?

    In my research, I did come across this message:

    object(w2dc_updater)#484 (7) {
      ["slug":"w2dc_updater":private]=>
      string(13) "w2dc/w2dc.php"

    }
    license keys = object(stdClass)#19024 (2) {

      ["reason"]=>
      string(13) "invalid-token"
    }

    I have already purchased, installed, and have been using Web 2.0 Directory, so no extra installation is needed.

    I’m not saying you should install anything.

    I’m saying if you purchased a product and you have a problem with the product you purchased, you should go to the vendor you purchased the product from for help, not here.

    We don’t have the product you purchased, so how can we know anything about the said product and help you?
