    Business location is empty

    Hello, I’m have some troubles with WooCommerce Square. I connected Square to my WooCommerce, but Business location is empty. Business locations were created in Square dashboard, in WooCommerce logs all is OK, all data from Square geting correctly.

    My site conteins on my local machine (This is local copy for test changes and new features).

    I tried:
    – reconnect to Scuare
    – reactivate WooCommerce anf WooCommerce Square (nothing changes)
    – set syncronize products from Square (not synchronized)
    – change transaction type “Charge” to “Authorization” (no effect)
    – Verify Identity (I get Signup page ( https://squareup.com/signup/ua/business-information ) but I entried information earlier)

    Result: after click to checkout button I get error “An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.”

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I understand that you’ve installed and configured Square for WooCommerce plugin on your site but the “business location” in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Square is empty and the payments fail.

    The error log doesn’t seem to reference the behaviour you’re reporting, but ince Square 2.0.0, locations are only selectable if Credit Card Processing is enabled for a particular location on Square side.

    Can you please check if Credit Card Processing is enabled for that location on Square side?

    This is annoying because I have the same problem, I have already followed all the steps of the documentation and this still does not work.

    Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi @llavillaccama,

    I understand that you’ve made sure that Credit Card Processing is enabled for a particular location on Square side but the locations are still not showing up.

    Can you please also configure and enable the Square payment method, if you haven’t already?

    If that doesn’t help – we might need to access your site and investigate. In that case, please either submit a new ticket on WooCommerce.com, or reach out to us using [email protected].
