    Hi,
    I’m trying to understand how the various business inboxes work.
    Is it correct that I could theoretically serve different customers with separate users and tickets via one portal?
    When I try to integrate a second inbox on a page using the shortcode [fluent_support_portal show_logout=‘yes’ business_box_id=2], the tickets from the first inbox are displayed there. The block for Gutenberg also has the option to select different inboxes, but it always resets to “Default.”
    I am currently testing the free version.
