Bulk Photo Update Not Working

    I use this plugin on multiple websites. It’s been fantastic in the past – but in the past few months when I try to bulk upload images (and by bulk I mean more that one at a time) – I get an error. I think it says “upload error” and I have to upload each phot individually. And even sometimes doing that, I get the upload error. What used to take a few minutes to do – now takes me over an hour and lots of frustration. Is anyone else having this issue and know a solution?

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details. To get a better idea of what’s going wrong, could you please share the following?

    • The current version of the plugin you’re using
    • The exact error message you’re seeing (a screenshot could also help if that’s easier)
    • Any relevant error logs, if available
    • Have you tried running a conflict test using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to rule out any compatibility issues with other plugins or the theme?

    Once we have a bit more info, we’ll be in a better position to help sort this out for you.

    Thank you for the reply. To answer your questions:

    It is version Version 1.8.35.

    Just now, I went and uploaded a dummy gallery to try to replicate the error. Of course, there error didn’t happen. That’s part of what is so frustrating to me. Something the error doesn’t happen and everything uploads just fine.

    I did run the conflict test and there were no errors.

    I guess I’ll try again at some point and if I get there error, I’ll come back here and post it.
