I’ve checked your concern and found the issue. It seems that it is a misconfiguration of reCaptcha. Please check reCaptcha Configuration from ARMember -> General Settings -> ‘Google reCAPTCHA Configuration’ Section. And confirm ‘Site Key’ and ‘Private Key’ with Google Recaptcha(https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin) is correct. And it’s not expired.

I think it was interfering with v3 recaptcha from contact form 7.
Can I use recaptcha v2 keys on armember? The v3 is loading on all pages slowing down the site.
