    Hi there,

I’m learning as I go here! I’ve managed to make some adjustments to parts of my theme as I go, but something I can’t do yet is alter the button colour for the buttons used by Orilla Cart.

The buttons are black-on-blue by default and change to purple-on-blue when they interact with my theme colours. Neither of these are easy to read.

I would definitely like to change the base colour away from blue but I can’t find this setting within the Editor section for Orilla. There are a lot of sections and while I can just about get by in html, php is out of my league.

    Any help gratefully received.

    Laura

Hello, button css file is located in orillacart/com_shop/assets/buttons.css If you want to change the button color, you need to edit the buttons.css file on lines 140, 156 and 55.
Lines 156 and 55 are for the button hover effect.
    Best Regards

    Hi,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I’ve not managed to amend everything I wanted but thankfully things don’t clash nearly as badly now!

I have a feeling I’ll also need to have a bash at the css for the main theme as well to make that come in line with the Orilla buttons (I’m using the Cart widget in conjunction with Orilla so I think that will explain it).

Thanks again for your (very speedy!) help,

    Laura

Aha! Got it! Now my hover text on the Cart widget doesn’t change to the same colour as my button colour!

    All is remedied. Thank you.
