Button disappeared on smartphone

    Hello everyone,

    Marnix recently got the WPML plugin to display his site in three languages, but while on the go, he cannot do this in the app because your button is not/no longer visible in the app on his phone. He purchased your plugin.

    Instead he is viewing Posts in his smartphone browser. However, now the button AI TRANSLATE is invisible. I told Marnix to reset his smartphone, to try to see it back again.

    Do you have any tips or tricks for this?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We checked the website URL you shared, but currently the site is not opening from our side and showing a connection timeout issue.

    Also, on mobile devices the AI Translate button is visible at the bottom of the Posts/Pages screen, as shown in screenshot. Sometimes the WordPress mobile app hides some admin buttons due to screen size limitations.

    Please try:

    • Opening the dashboard in a mobile browser instead of the WordPress app.
    • Enabling Desktop Mode in the browser.

    If the issue still continues, please share a screenshot/video from the affected mobile device and let us know which browser or app is being used.
