Button disappears

    My Amazon button shows once and then disappears. I go and inspect the page and get this error message in the console.

    Uncaught ReferenceError: OffAmazonPayments is not defined
    at amazon_button_load (eh-https-amazon-pay.js:24)
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (eh-https-amazon-pay.js:28)
    at i (jquery.js:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js:2)
    at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js:2)

    Any suggestion on how to fix this?
