    If you scroll to the footer, you’ll see “Service Request”. This contact form should pop-up, like it has before. If you scroll to the header the Mega Menu “Service Request” pops up with no issue. Not sure what’s blocking this from populating but any guidance would be appreciated, happy to donate to the plugin.
