Button does not appear

    Hi Andrew,

    The path to the button image seems to be correct.

    Could you please tell me if you’re using the Black Studio Tiny MCE Widget or the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin. These plugins overwrite the code that shows the button.

    If that is not the case, then maybe you could try to deactivate the active plugins one by one and see which one makes a difference. Your feedback on this will be highly appreciated.

    First of all thanks for getting so quickly back to me.

    Apparently it WAS a plugin conflict with Black Studio Tiny MCE Widget that came with the theme which I wasn’t even using.

    Now it works, thanks.
