    In the emails, the default text that appears after the line with the code on it, says you can click the button that follows to authenticate. But no button appears

    Hi @msbsupport,

    We’ve recently updated the verification process to use only a PIN for authentication — not a button.

    To match this flow, you’ll need to customize the email content using our built-in email customizer. Instead of referencing a button, use the {cev_user_verification_pin} variable to insert the PIN code directly in the email.

    You can customize this from:
    WooCommerce > Email Verification > Customize
