Thanks for posting. In taking a look at the site, it looks like currently the form on the bottom-left of the site is using a plugin different than the “MailChimp List Subscribe Form” plugin.
If the plugin was changed at some point after the question was asked, would it be possible to re-add our plugin to the page, then reply back so I can take a look? Otherwise, the best bet would be to reach out to the support forum specific to the plugin being used (which should be linked to on the plugin’s download page) and they should be able to provide help there!

Thanks for posting, In taking a look at the source code of the site, I can confirm that the code is consistent with another plugin, rather than this forum’s MailChimp plugin.
In the screenshot, I can see that while our plugin is installed, there’s also another MailChimp plugin installed, which may be the cause of the confusion. It appears that the plugin that is currently active is the one labeled “MailChimp Widget” in this screenshot here:

Our plugin is the one just above that, labeled “MailChimp”. If you’re looking to maintain the current active form on your site, you’ll want to reach out to the support forum available by clicking on the ‘visit plugin site’ link on that plugins page, otherwise, if you’re interested in using this forum’s plugin, we’d first recommend deactivating the “MailChimp Widget” plugin in that screenshot and then adding our plugin’s form to your site. If you’re still seeing issues with our plugin form, feel free to post back here and I’d be happy to take a look!
