Button don’t show checkout

    Hi,

    the button not showing on the cart / checkout. it appears only on the WordPress Back office.

    All works five with select mode live / api key and i don’t know why the button not show wuen i’m not connected..

    Hello,

    are you referring to the Revolut Pay button? This may be caused by incompatibility with any checkout plugins or themes that you are using for your store. We suggest trying to disable some plugins that interact with the checkout page, theme of the website or cache.     Thanks for help, i’ave already test with desactivated some plugins and i’ts the same way….

    Where i can find the chat support? in my application the chat don’t appears

    Hi Greg,

    Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:

    – Open the Revolut Business App

    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)
