Hello.
Try to refresh the page without the cache. All must work
still the same. i have both in place (local env & live site). though in the live site, cache is set. so i tried it in my local but still nothing happen when pressing the tabs.

What theme do you use, and what plugins are installed?
im using customized theme and acf pro, AIOSEO, AIOS, perfmatters, sucuri, ip-location-block, profile-builder pro, and other image optimizer… btw, it was working before (even site cache is active). after I made the updates it turned out like that. and I can see it is working now in my local env.. odd.

Please, try Clear your browser cache (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R)
Or open the admin in another browser
