Button Hover Color not working for 1 button

    I recently set the colors on my buttons to change background and border color upon “hover”. It’s weird, but the only button that isn’t working like the rest is the button on top of my Hero Slider. The font is changing from White (which I want) to red, which is invisible against the pink.
