Button Inconsistency

Weird scenarios happening. To be fair… on my end… all seems to be fine. But I am getting reports from my customers who say one of two things:
1. That they can’t see the ADD TO CART button at all. This is confusing. And I know FOR A FACT that the button is there. I have had orders coming in all day. But there have been quite a few customers who claim they can’t see it. So it has to be a legit thing.

2. Others have said that once they get to the shopping cart… that the PAYPAL button doesn’t take them anywhere. Like it’s just a static image with no click-thru path. Again… confusing. Because other customers have used it with no problem at all.

Any ideas? The site is JeffBates.net BTW.
