Hi @ducsd ,
Can you give us a link to the tour?
We’ll have a look and try to identify the issue.

Unfortunately, I can’t provide any link, because it’s a local installation. What I’m sure about though, is that it’s not the browser issue, because I tried to open the page in a brand new Firefox profile (no addons) and also in Opera – same result. Funny thing is, that in the backend (tour preview in the pluging setting) it does everything it supposed to do. I.e. disappear after clicking and start the tour. I have latest WP+Elementor

Ok, have some news. Tried to put it directly on the main page – works smoothly. So it doesn’t work only when it’s in the Elementor template which is loaded as a section. Currently I have tabs widget which loads each tab (the content) from separate templates.

Hi @ducsd ,
We’ve just tested the scenario with 2 conditions -Tour embedded inside Elementor tabs (using shortcodes) & tour embedded with the WPVR Elementor Add-on.
We didn’t find any issues for any of the cases.
Since it’s working on your main site, probably it was just an issue with the local environment.
Anyway, we’re resolving this thread.
You’re always welcome to open another thread here if you face any more issues with the plugin.

My scenario is: the tour (WPVR Elementor Add-on) is embeded in a section > this section is embedeb on the main page (in the tabs widget) using shortcodes. Hopefully you’ get it right.
