Hi, I just checked the URL that is not working and the player is not added. I viewed the source code in the page and no player is added. Can you verify that you added the shortcode correctly?

    Thank you

This is the shortcode used to embed the player:

    [sc_embed_player fileurl=”http://sesionsgalegas.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/4-vellos-marineiros.mp3″%5D

If you check the page http://sesionsgalegas.com/partituras you can see that it works correctly: the play button appears and if you click it you get sound.

The table used in the home page and in the page that works is the same. There is only one page with audio, it is the same page (not a copy or a similar table…it is the same). Maybe the problem has something to do with the table used… not sure.

Can you try using a different table in the front page. Lets see what happens.

Have tried a new table and it happens exactly the same. As an independent page it is shown correctly but if I show the table in the frontpage it doesn’t show the play button.

Not fully solved but I found out that the problem comes from the theme used. I’m using Fluida theme and if I had extra backets [] to the short code I can see the play button in the landing page (but not in the individual page). Thanks for your support.

Thank you for reporting back. Great to hear that you have found what is causing your issue.

    Enjoy the plugin.
