    Hi,

    You can copy and paste the shortcodes to any place where WordPress and/or your theme support shortcodes. Did you try to do that already?

    If it doesn’t work consult your theme’s documentation.

    had the same problem, solved by installing an excerpt plugin which allows to load shortcodes
