Button overlay on Image Carousel

Hello,

Is it possible to create a shortcode that have a hover button overlay on Image Carousel show?

The button is only appeared when the mouse touch the Image Carousel area. The small “BUY NOW” button comes with url link to a product for placing order. Besides this, visitor still has option can click on any image to see larger size images instead (before click on button). I want to put this shortcode in sidebar.

Please advise. Thanks in advance!
