Button url not working

I am trying to add a URL to a button in the table in the “Button URL” field. However, when I enter a URL it gets changed on the live site. The table preview shows the correct URL, but the live site does not.

I enter: https://esapath.com/esa-and-psd-application/
I get on live site: https://esapath.com/#

Testing further, no matter what I enter in the button URL field I get https://esapath.com/# as a URL.

Any ideas? I am purging the cache before I refresh the page. Plugin version Version 5.1.6.
