Rene, thank you for providing support in these forums. Looking at your sub-forum I see that you do a good job of supporting your users.
But please do not ask for that sort of access again. As you may be aware that is something that is actively discouraged for many good reasons.

I know that getting that access make it easier for you. And I am not accusing you of any ill will. Honest.
But unless you willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation for now on (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin details, even temporarily.
You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin or FTP access. That’s just going too far.

Any idea? It seems I’m the only one who can not see the buttons.
Hi @ruffo Can you share a link to your site? It would help if that was shared because then others including Rene could looks to see if the plugin is outputting the buttons or not. From your description I think that you’re cached site isn’t working/updating but a link would help confirm that.

please check out the latest update. Unfortunately a coding mistake lead to non-shown buttons on some systems.
This should be fixed with the latest version 2.3.5

we are using nginx server as well. It was most likely a bug in mashshare not the server who prevented the visible button.
If you want to give mashshare another try i´d like to asssist you.
