The button CSS file which is automatically created and saved in the uploads folder is empty. Please, try re-saving the widget, let us know how that goes. Thanks.

Sure, please, try opening one of the Button widgets impacted. Click Done and then save the page. Is there any change?

Thanks for the feedback. On our end, the buttons are now visible. This may suggest server-side caching. You could consider reaching out to your hosting company and ask what, if any, server-side caching is being done. Once you know, you could perhaps install a plugin to clear the cache automatically.
