Buttons don’t work

Hi everyone !

I hope you are well.
I’m sending this message because after installing Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR/CCPA, everything seemed to work until I pressed the “accept” or “decline” button which did not result in any action.
Whatever I click, the cookie management bar remains in place.
What to do or what setting to make?
