Buttons No Longer Working

I’m not sure exactly when they stopped working, but it was actually before I updated to WP4.5 AND MaxButtons 4.22.1 (updated both today and discovered the non-working buttons last week). They’d been working for years with no problem, to the best of my knowledge.

Buttons should appear beneath the “Are you a medical professional?” text; only the text links are visible, in the correct color for the button.

Things I’ve already tried to resolve this, from previous support posts:

– Tried both button ID and button name shortcodes
– Check to make sure buttons show up in the Overview; they do
– Created a new button and tested that on the same page and other pages — NOGO
– Selected/deselected “Minify CSS output of buttons”, with clearing of button cache each time
– In button settings, selected “Use !important”

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
