Buttons Not Working, Console Errors

Hi There,

I recently activated the paid version of Ultimate Product Catalog and am in the process of implementing it into a site. I am running into an issue where none of the buttons seem to work. For example the display options at the top don’t do anything when clicked, and the sidebar titles wont open or close as expected. I am seeing a lot of errors in the console related with UPC and am wondering if I am missing something?

Here are some of the console errors that I am seeing:
Uncaught ReferenceError: UPCP_Show_Hide_Sidebar is not defined(…)
VM399 :289 Uncaught ReferenceError: ToggleView is not defined(…)
VM438 :292 Uncaught ReferenceError: FieldFocus is not defined(…)
VM442 :291 Uncaught ReferenceError: UPCP_Sort_By is not defined(…)

Any help that you can offer here will be greatly appreciated as I would really like to be able to use this plugin if at all possible.
