BWS plugin and WPML compatibility

    Hi there,

    I installed BWS Gallery plugin (version 4.19) to a website that has two languages and for the translations i use WPML.
    In order to display the galleries i use the gallery-template.php which comes with the plugin.
    The plugin seems to work well in the admin section and in the front-end, is displayed only the MAIN GALLERIES template.
    The problem is that: when i press the links to open the individual galleries, they do not appear. Instead, the “Not Found” page appears.

    So, my question is if the plugin is compatible with WPML or if there is something else the problem.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we cannot test compatibility of the mentioned above plugin, it is likely to add the prefix of the language to url (foe example, es, en), and that’s why when you try to open a single gallery you get “Not found” error.
    If you want, you can create a private ticket on our support forum http://support.bestwebsoft.com/ and we will discuss the possibility to customize the plugin to be compatible with WPML.
