    An error has occurred when trying to send this email:

    by testing email in wordpress

    The SMTP debugging output is shown below:

    SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

    Go to WP-Admin -> Email -> Email Options and don’t use SMTP? Use Sendmail or PHP Mail

    now i got this kind of errors
    USING PHP
    An error has occurred when trying to send this email:
    » Could not instantiate mail function.

    USING SendMail
    An error has occurred when trying to send this email:
    » Could not execute: /usr/sbin/sendmail

    this error will be occured

    Wow, that is weird, that means that there is no mail service setup on your server. Try back SMTP, and check with your host for your SMTP details and enter it inside the Email Options Page.

    If it still doesn’t work, I don’t think you are able to use this plugin.

    now i am beginner only so that i am posting my queries and clarifying my doubts if i know how to use plugin means, then i wont post any queries and thanks for your valuable information and also problem solving.. thank u..
