Hello,
Can you please tell me where the converter gets the exchange rate from?

Example: 1 BYN to RUB = 18.57
Real exchange rate today: 1 BYN = 22.71 RUB

Please help me to correct it.

Hello, our provider is https://byn.currencyrate.today/rub
Unfortunately, the Belarusian bank has closed its website from external IPs, and we cannot take exchange rates.

There is an alternative, we have developed a new widget series with 55 sources of exchange rates: link – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/exchange-rates/, there you can find the correct rate by selecting the source “central bank of Russia”.
