Hey bud, yes it can support guest users. I have a site where I did not want to have users have to ‘Register’ just to enter and view tickets. I tried a few different support ticket apps, and I settled on this one. A bit tricky at first, admin-wise. But there are “guest” ticket settings in the “Ticket Settings” tab on the admin panel of the JS Support ticket plug-in. Tech Support with this plug-in is extremely slow or pretty much non-existent. I now have the PRO version, which does offer a few extra bells and whistles.
I am not at my computer at the moment, so I am going off the top of my head. Have you installed the plug-in yet, or are you just inquiring about the plug-in itself? I am happy to assist you with the initial setup, if you need it? (no need to go through the frustrations I did)

Hi,
JS Support Ticket offer visitor/guest can create ticket.
Check the configurations.
Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configurations > Ticket Settings > Visitor can create ticket: Yes
Check the docs

Hi,
Although I have set the correct guest ticket setting, I just get a “You are not logged in” window when I try to create a ticket as a guest. Please could you let me know how to fix this!
Best wishes,
Steve
Hi,
Steve, I have the same issue as you. I have the “Visitor can create ticket” set to “YES”.
Did you find a solution?
