Cache?

Hi There,
Thank you for a great plugin!

I build 3 sites a week ago and now I add more site to the same multisite with diffrent languages.
The new language site “see” all the previous language but the old 3 sites don’t see the new languages.

Does Multisite Language Switcher plugin have any kind of cache ?
