I really want to help you, but I can only guess to what your question is. Could you try to be more specific? Maybe use Google Translate?

The request in your screenshot is to google-analytics.com/analytics.js. This isn’t added by CAOS.

Remove the plugin adding that request. Install and configure CAOS and you’re golden. 🙂
