Cache active only for “old visitors”?

    Hi, again congratulations for your plugin.
    I would like to know if I can resolve this problem:
    Every time I test Google Pagespeed, it tells me that the “TTFB” can be improved (2/5sec), only the first time I test.
    If I try again after 30 seconds I no longer have this suggestion.
    My Caching time-to-live is set to 10080 min.

    And, if I don’t clear the cache, and try again after 5 minutes I have the exact same problem.

    Is the cache active only for those who have previously visited that web page?

    How can I solve this problem?
