    Hello,

I would appreciate if you can help me.

    I’m using WordPress and Elementor.

When I introduce in my website new data such as for instance a button, I configure it in a specific corporative colour but when I check it through another computer, browser, even with mine…, if I don’t erase cookies, caché and all these stuff, I can’t see the corporative colours and I just see the basic color that Elementor stablishes as standard.

I don’t know what to do to ensure all visitors that returns in our website see the correct up-date with the correct colours. Do you have any idea?

    Thank you so much,

In general, if you use cache, you may need to clear ALL cache before viewing the edits.

    • Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare. That will solve many weird JavaScript issues.
    • Flushing Managed host caches. Managed WP hosting often has special caches. If your host has a “Purge Varnish” or “Flush Memcache” tool, try that. You can ask your provider to flush memcache and Varnish for you if necessary.

Thank you so much t-p, I already solved it. If somebody else have the same issue, just to let you know, there are two important things.

    1. My server company have an option to deleate cache. Provably yours also have this option.
    2. I was using a performance optimizer plugin that was saving some web information. It was necessary to restart it.
