    Hello. I have been using Lite Cache for more than 2 years but recently I tried the free version Super Page Cache which I really liked and am satisfied with but I have a really serious problem.

    When I installed Super Page Cache on my site it blocked visitors from entering and I can’t figure out what’s wrong.

    I am using a paid design and I have good traffic from search engines but when users enter the page from Google it doesn’t show as an entry.

    Is it possible to solve this problem.

    Can you help me and fix this problem?

    Hi @avtulika55,

    When I installed Super Page Cache on my site it blocked visitors from entering and I can’t figure out what’s wrong.

    This issue could not be caused by our plugin, it looks more like a Cloudflare issue, could you please check your Cloudflare account to see if you have any rules added that are causing this issue on your site?

    Hello, thanks for the reply.

    I didn’t change anything there, I just added the site to Cloudflare and then installed Super Cache.

    Now I’ve taken pictures of all the pages and if you can see if that’s the problem.

    Hi @avtulika55

    This is usually caused not by caching rules alone, but by:

    • Firewall rules or security plugins
    • Over-aggressive bot filtering
    • Broken cookies/cached redirects

    Could you please try contacting Cloudflare support to gain more insights on why this happens?
