    Hello team, I’m reaching out to you with an urgent request. I recently installed the free version of the 10web plugin on our website, and according to the plugin, the website has been optimized. However, 10web is facing an issue where the cache cannot be cleaned automatically. Could you kindly provide me with specific details regarding the obstacle that is preventing 10web from performing this task? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I am using Hostinger for my web hosting and its a LiteSpeed server

    Just wanna add i have followed these steps already but no luck you can check my dashboard it still says the same error

    Please, kindly install LiteSpeed plugin for all the websites using LiteSpeed server. This will make sure we can clear the cache with no issues. Once the plugin is installed, please locate the plugin’s menu in WP Admin and ensure that it is configured as follows: 

    1. In the Cache -> Purge tab, ‘Purge All On Upgrade‘ should be ON.
    2. All options from the ‘Image Optimization’ and ‘Page Optimization’ tabs should be turned OFF.

    Hey @manegr , I just looked into it and the notification error message seems to have disappeared. Could you please let me know if everything is fixed now? If it is, I’d like to go ahead and upgrade to the pro plan.
