Cache control is not working

When i check debug , the output is Page Caching using disk: enhanced{w3tc_pagecache_reject_reason}.
And also I already configured the setting for browser cache ( header cache and expire . kindly check this image – http://prntscr.com/m01qpr ) but everytime I check on Network>header or in view page source seems the cache control and expire isn`t set – http://prntscr.com/m01rpw
Someone have this issue ? Let me know how did you fix it.

Btw , I have dev site and I installed / configured w3 cache total and there`s no issue.

Hello @dabert3,

Switch the caching method to Disk: Basic and see if the issue persist.
Also, disable expires header and set cache-control policy: Cache with validation (“public, must-revalidate, proxy-revalidate”)

Thank you for your response . I did what you said ( kindly check – http://prntscr.com/m04fnn http://prntscr.com/m04f71 ) still have this output :
Page Caching using disk{w3tc_pagecache_reject_reason}

If user is login : http://prntscr.com/m04g9f
if user isnot login : http://prntscr.com/m04gqo

I also tried clear / purge cache and restart apache2 ( not sure if this help ) but still no changes.
I read old post and seems similar to my issue https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/cache-custom-feed/ but there`s no stated how they fix it

Can you check the output of debug log file? in /wp-content/cache/log/

Potentially ‘storing cached page – not a cached content’ message is there

Hello,

That means it returns non-cacheable content-type or forgot to set it
Please add

header(‘Content-Type: application/rss+xml’);

or ‘application/atom+xml’ or ‘application/rdf+xml’ depending on type of rss it returns
