Hi @juanwp22,
as I can see on your site, the plugin is working perfectly (https://i.imgur.com/8duhCHu.png) but something is going wrong at the CF end. Can you share a screenshot of the Page Rule section from your CF dashboard for this domain?
Coming to you @loralora, without you sharing your site URL, I cannot check what’s happening.
I only have those rules.

Hi @juanwp22,
for some reason, your home page is not getting cached while your other pages are getting cached. I just don’t understand why. Have you set up some settings or configuration for not to cache your home page?
As for your other pages, the plugin and the CF cache are working perfectly.

I see that you have a cookie banner. Can you disable that plugin and let me know so that I can check?
I already deactivated the Cookie plugin. I didn’t touch anything, so I don’t understand why it doesn’t work on home plate. The server is from Oracle, will it be some configuration?

Can you uninstall the plugin? Then go to CF dashboard and make sure under the caching section the browser cache ttl is set to respect headers. Then remove any page rule and worker you see in your account and try set up fresh. Let me know if that work.
There is definitely something set at the CF level which is preventing the front page to be cached.
You say delete the Cookie plugin? No problem. In Browser Cache TTL CF say: Respect Existing Headers.

You say delete the Cookie plugin?
– No you can turn it back on.
Honestly without taking a deeper look at your website settings and your cf account it is really hard to predict why the cache is just not working on the home page while it is working everywhere else.
The wired thing is at the end of your home page URL if I add ?a=b then the cache works. It seems there is definitely some settings or rule set at the CF level telling CF not to cache the home page.
Ok I’ll check everything again. Thanks anyway for the help. Maybe it’s because it’s a free Oracle server with aapanel.

– I don’t think so. As whatever is happening is happening in the CF end. Some settings is telling CF not to cache the home page.

Hi @loralora,
first of all I think you have not turned on the orange cloud inside the cloudflare DNS for your domain. Please enable the orange cloud for your main domain and www CNAME record.
Secondly your site is adding a bunch of custom cookies to the page: https://i.imgur.com/MevkQEl.jpeg
Any time Cloudflare will see any custom cookies on a page it will not cache that page. So, try to find out which plugins or programs are adding those custom cookies and remove them. As long as you have the custom cookies even if you turn on the orange cloud in CF DNS, your cache status will remain DYNAMIC or BYPASS.

Hi @isaumya
do you have a solution how to remove these set headers from the server response? Or exclude cookies from caching without taking away their functionality?
Will this be the solution?
PS I’m not a very experienced user, so I’m asking for your help
Thank you
