I have Comet Cache (Lite version) and Autoptimize installed and operational. Is this plugin an enhancement or replacement for Comet Cache? After activating Cache Enabler, I notice that cache was starting to grow in size with both installed.

Cache Enabler should be used as a replacement for any other caching plugin. We don’t recommend using it in conjunction with another.

Thank you – I figured it was either one or the other. I am struggling with first-time page rendering taking 3.1 seconds based on Google PageSpeed Insights and perusing this article for pointers: https://www.keycdn.com/blog/google-pagespeed-insights-wordpress/ Some of my errors have been corrected using Autoptimize but above the fold errors are baffling me. Yslow, GTMetrix and Google PageSpeed all show different rendering scores but similar problems. Here is my site: http://corvetteclubsantabarbara.com
