Cache Exceptions

I have set up a managed wordpress site through go daddy that uses it’s own proprietary caching. Their support guy said that I need to check with you on a way to exclude the cart pages from caching. Is there a code snippet I can put on each page or something in the .htaccess file to exclude those pages?
