Cache Folder Erased

Switched to Cache Enabler recently, and found that the whole cache folder is completely erased from time to time.

Since my host doesn’t let plugins to create folders by themselves. It presents a problem that I have to log in to re-create the folder manually.

However, I’m not sure what triggered the folder erasure. Is there any way that I can find out why?
