Cache issue

    Hi there,

    I’m writing because I’m having trouble getting certain files on my website to cache, and I’m hoping you can help me figure out why.

    I’m using the free version of the 10Web Optimizer plugin on CleanIPTV website. In the plugin settings, I’ve turned on all the caching and optimization options I can see, but my assets things like CSS, JavaScript, and images still don’t seem to be cached when the site loads.

    Could you let me know if this is something that’s limited to the free plan? Or is there possibly a setting on my end that might be preventing caching from working properly?

    I’d really appreciate any insight you can offer. Thanks so much for your time and help.

    Hi @mohamedbou,
    Sorry for the delayed response here.

    Could you please share more details on how you checked that the assets are being served without cache?

    For example, you can share a screenshot from the browser Network tab, PageSpeed/Lighthouse results, or any specific cache headers/messages you are seeing.

    Once we have that, we’ll be happy to check whether this is expected behavior, a configuration issue.
