Cache Issue on JetFormBuilder

I have a jetformbuilder inside each post to target the POST ID and as well to target the POST Title, problem is when the LScache is enable for some reason, the post ID and post title when the JFB captures its not correct. when I disable the LSC its working fine, only occurring when LSC is enabled. can anyone assist or have similar issues, on what should I exclude so the POST ID and POST Title is capture properly. I already exclude the page, but still having the same issue .
