Cache issue on Mobile site.

I’m using the Udesign theme with WPtouch. I do not have any web caching plugins on the site(not that I can see). What I’m seeing is that when a change is made to the site, the mobile version is not reflecting the current changes. I have to clear the mobile cache in order to see the settings. How do you clear the cache setting in the plugin? or would you suggest adding the following code to WordPress
