    Hey.

    I think its a cache issue when I press the button and it shows up “-1” It doesnt happen always but sometimes, and then the buttons on that post are lost as well, so its only -1 and no vote is passing through. After refresh everything is back to normal. But no vote has passed on.

    I thought maybe it would help to include thumbs-rating to cache exclude list. So should I add like this: thumbs-rating.php ?

    Hi there,

    I’m unaware how W3TC works with “cache exclusion”. You should definitely exclude it if there’s that option.

    thumbs-rating.php is the main file but I don’t know if maybe you can also add the JavaScript?

    That would be site.com/wp-content/plugins/thumbs-rating/js/general.js

    Let me know what you find out.
