“Cache Miss.” message on Overview section

All ‘Overview’ sections do not display any info and simply say “Cache Miss.” I have Googled this error and cannot find a single reference to it. All other sections (Traffic, Publishers etc.) are displaying info normally. Google Analytics is set up correctly, and data is being sent to it, and Monster Insights is pulling that data in, except on the Overview tab.

This looks to be an issue with the Monster Insights API at https://app.monsterinsights.com/ returning a 401 (Unauthorised) error. Further investigation reveals the api returns error 5001 “Invalid token. Domain validation failed.” – I guess MI have issues!

Thanks, Mark. Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue. I am seeing 401 errors for the https://app.monsterinsights.com/api/v3/reporting/query URL in my console and a ‘net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT’ error for a Google analytics URL. But this is only for the Overview. Everything else works fine.
