    Hi,

first of all, I’m really satisfied with you plugin – all in all it’s doing a great job.

But I face caching problems since I restored my page a week ago – this is the issue:
The website mentioned above shows custom post types, it’s an obituary service where visitors can light candles, lay down flowers or leave a comment. The total number of these CPTs (flowers, candles) one can see on the archive page as well as on the single post pages. But it doesn’t clear cache when someone posts a new candle etc. although I picked “clear cache when a new post is published or edited” in the “WP Fastest Cache” options. When I e.g. light a candle it loads all the unloaded candles since the cache was renewed. But when I navigate to that page on a different browser or in incognito-mode I see the old cache again. Of course I cleared the browser cache – that’s not causing this issue. What can I do (except of manually delete the cache of the particular page each time someone posts) to get this problem solved?

    I appreciate your support,
    best regards,
    Nik

BTW: The theme I’m using is called “Funeral” which works with the plugin “Funeral Services Post Types and Taxonomies” (using the plugins CPT and ACF), furthermore I use Elementor Pro on the last version of WP; all among other plugins…

    thank you so much.

The plugin should use our hook system to clear cache.

    Hi Emre,

I still face the problem concerning cache of single post pages, as described above. I read your article you’ve linked to. Unfortunately it doesn’t cover my particular problem:

The cache on the archive page gets cleared each time a user submits a post, but on the single page view not. As it ist dynamic content I cannot enter a certain post-id, the ids vary. It’s a custom post type within which users can post comments and so on. I publish posts regularly and users can then comment or “light a candle” (see page link). How can I tell the plugin to clear cache of dynamic post pages?

    Kind regards,

    Nicole
