The error 508 ‘Resource Limit is Reached’ occurs when your resources have been exhausted.
Secondly, regarding the point you mentioned about cached content, it’s quite possible that it’s served from your browser cache. Please verify this by checking on a different browser.

I 508 error occurs only in the first page. However when i make change to this page the changes not showing duo to caching. I have use many browsers and different devices in incognito mode. i get the same. Let me explain more. When someone visit the site start page get this error. If we remain some time (duo to 508 error ) and visit for example a product , and then visit again the start page work correct. The problem is that when someone visit the start page first time it show the cached page , even no caching exists. As i said even if i install a default clear new WordPress site it still show the cached page. This not normal. See also the attachment that cause the error. This files not exist in the server. Please advice. Why is still serve the cached page even if i have make a new clear installation?

please advice my site has problem. I remove you plugin but it still seems to serve the cache. i delete all the account and make the WordPress from the start but the issue remain..

the problem cause only from you plugin that i have delete it but still served the cache. Now my site seems broken only at the start page , only when someone visit it from the first time and i can see from the server that for someone reason served via you cache (/wp-content/cache/breeze-minification/js/breeze_484a7966de80d4dd93e418f0b6c3cd96.js) but this file not exist in my server. When for example i visit a product and then visit the start page it is all good, with no error. Can you understand my problem. Is it clear.?

If the page is still serving from the cache, have you checked for any other caching systems installed on your application or server?
After delete the Breeze plugin, the cache will no longer be served by Breeze.
