Cache pages with query string in URL?

    Is there any support for cacheing pages with query strings? There are a number of pages with a plugin that uses the query string to present different content and it needs to treat these pages as unique.

    How can this be accomplished or does it do this be default (still waiting for the pages to cache right now…)?
