the log seems incomplete
please try increase the log size from default 3MB to 10MB
then add these

Optm
into “Debug String Excludes” and try grab log again.

from log , there are like 20 times of purge action by post status change
I think one of your plugin is constantly trigger the post status transition hook and lead our plugin to call purge
I’d suggest to set up a stage site with minimal plugin set up and try to narrow down where did that post status change comes from
I found out that it is this plugin that makes the Litespeed to call purge:

Should I contact their support about it, or what to do? Because this plugin is necessary for the synch of orders to our shipping management system.
